Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Parish Church is a Marian church in Marigondon, Lapulapu City, Cebu, Philippines.

History
The church was founded by and is under the care of the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart. Planning for a new church to be established in Marigondon were first put forward by priests Rev. Fr. Nicasio Gran, MSC and Fr. Marsito Macainan, MSC of Nuestra Señora de Regla Parish National Shrine in Lapulapu, Cebu.
In July 1996, the cornerstone was laid and blessed by Archbishop Ricardo J. Cardinal Vidal, DD. The building was designed by Cañizares Architects and built by Dakay Construction and Development Corporation.
The church was declared a parish on September 8, 1998, which was also the date of the first fiesta. Fr. Reynaldo S. Maldo, MSC was the first parish priest and he served between 1998 and 2003. He also initiated the fund-raising drive for church-building.
Architecture
The church’s pyramid-roof that culminates to a cross and its square floor plan are what makes it quite distinctive. Its entrance is below one of the roof’s four edges, so it faces the forecourt at an angle. Upon closer look it is made of two roofs, the one above the altar larger in dimension and placed higher than the other. There is a row of rhomboid windows that connects the two which permits light into the sanctuary.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart falls on September 8.
Services
The parish office is open from 8:00 in the morning until 12:00 noon and from 1:30 to 5:00 in the afternoon every day.
Confession is heard from 4:00 to 5:00 in the afternoon on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Baptism is scheduled every weekend.
