Our Mother of Perpetual Help Parish Church is a Roman Catholic and Marian Church in Ibo, Danao City, Cebu, Philippines.

History
The chapel was founded in 1986, and it became a parish on October 7, 2013. Its first parish priest was Fr. Jose Jumao-as who started the fund-raising and construction of the church. When Fr. Porferio M. Mahinay Jr. came to replace him, he built the convent in 2019 and continued the church-building.
Architecture
A few piers and beams are erected as of this writing. The proposed church is going to have a polygonal floor plan with walls of openworks. A fleche is going to rise on the roof containing the image of the patroness and a cross.
Celebration
The feast of Our Mother of Perpetual Help falls on June 27.
