Sto. Tomas de Villanueva Parish Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Matutinao, Badian, Cebu, Philippines.

History
The church was declared a parish on August 15, 1962. It serves the villages of Matutinao, Malabago, Calangcang, Candiis, Sanlagan, Sulsugan, Balhaan, and Ginablan.
Architecture
The church has a beautiful, enlarged pediment that dominates the sweep of its facade. It is decorated with two layers of squares super-imposed upon each other at an angle, with the base paint-coated in white that serves as background. Upon closer look, its wall is comprised of several concrete panels overlaid laid side by side. Within the pediment is a figure of a circle with radiating bands.
In the ground level is an overhang over the entrance. Churchgoers can access the interiors through a pair of ramps and short staircase. In the gospel side is a lighted signage of the name of the parish. And separated from the church is the bell tower of steel trusses that juts through the sky and is capped with a cross.
In the epistle flank of the churchyard is a Marian grotto.
Celebration
The feast of St. Thomas of Villanueva is held every September 22.
