Our Lady of Guadalupe Church is a 19th-century Roman Catholic church located in the town of Valladolid, Negros Occidental, Philippines.

History
The town was called Inabuyan in the olden times. When the Spaniards came, it was renamed to Valladolid after the hometown in Spain of one of the colonizers.
Augustinian Recollect began the Christianization of the town and they founded the church in 1852. Fr. Celestino Romero, OAR, who was born in Quiapo, Manila, was installed as its first parish priest. Valladolid was a prosperous community that it was organized into a town in 1860.
The Baroque stone church was constructed by Fr. Carlos Ubeda, OAR in 1877. It was unfinished due to the outbreak of the Philippine Revolution, but there are other accounts that stated the convent and the church were completed before 1897.
The Aglipayans took over the parish during the revolution. Within the American occupation, the Mill Hill missionaries assumed control of the church between 1909 and 1917. Afterwards, the secular clergy stepped in and took the parish in its fold.
Architecture
The church was remarkable for its length for years. However, its dimension was shortened when a new altar was built that effectively cut the size of the nave.
Conflicting accounts state that this was either as a result of a fire that destroyed the sanctuary, to ensure seats were filled during religious rites, or that part of the church was repurposed for funerary services.
The old altar has since been remodeled into a prayer house. Colonial-era structures such as free-standing walls remain extant presently.
The church is made of stones quarried from coral gardens in surrounding seas, as are the remnants of the old walls found within its courtyard. Entrance is through one of the three arch portals.
The facade is pierced with round and arch windows and decorated with twin columns. It is flanked by four-bodied quadrilateral bell towers that are capped with a pyramidal roof. The image of the patron is installed in the pediment.
Celebration
The feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe is every February 28 in a celebration called Pasundayag Festival.
Services
The parish office is open daily except Tuesdays from 8:00 in the morning until 5:00 in the afternoon. On Sunday, it is open between 10:00 in the morning and 4:00 in the afternoon.
