The parochial status of the church was canonically erected on August 28, 2009.
Architecture
The facade is simple in appearance, its wall divided by moldings in accent color and punctured by arches in both its windows (which come in three’s) and doors. A statue of St. Augustine is installed in a niche above the small portico.
