St. Isidore Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Trinidad, Bohol, Philippines. Its second patroness is Our Lady of Lourdes.

History
Trinidad was called Cabigon and afterwards Ipil, taking its name from the Ipil River and abundance of ipil trees. It began as a dwelling place of people led by Macag in 1820 and was organized into a town in 1845.
Later, it was divided between the nearby towns of Talibon and Ubay during the American period Act 968 on October 31, 1903. Then in 1947, it was re-established as an independent municipality through Executive Order No. 80 s. of 1947 and renamed Trinidad after the spouse of President Manuel Roxas.
The church remained a visita of Talibon during much of its early history. It separated and gained independent parochial status in 1954. It was rebuilt after sustaining damages from Typhoon Ining that occurred in 1968.
