History
The church was established in 1997.
Architecture
A ramp leads to the entrance, which is through one of three doors with the central one larger than the other two. A balustrade separates the entrance to the rest of the facade, which is flanked by bell towers. A round glass window in the upper register of the facade depicts the crucifixion, flanked by rectilinear openings decorated with arch bands. The pediment is curvilinear with a blind rose window, and above is the Marian symbol with a cross.
Celebration
The feast day of Mary, Mediatrix of Grace is January 28.

The parish office is open from 8:00 in the morning to 5:00 in the afternoon daily except Monday.
