Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Libagon, Southern Leyte, Philippines. Its secondary patroness is Our Lady of Mt. Carmel.

History
Libagon was called Sogod del Sur in the olden times, and it was part of the municipality of Sogod, known then as Sogod del Norte. It became an separate municipality on October 16, 1913 and its name changed to Libagon by virtue of Public Law No. 2290 on November 19, 1913.
The church was established in 1869.
Architecture
A two-level portico is erected by the entrance, and it is topped with a roof above which the image of the patroness is enthroned. The pediment is simple and divided by pilasters.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception is December 8, and the feast of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel is July 16.
