History
The church was established in 1953.
Architecture
The church overlooks the sea in the western seaboard of Caluya Island. Its church welcomes the parishioners via a portico with a gable roof, and by the main doorway are a pair of angels. The front wall is pierced with slit, rectilinear windows, and its upper register is a broken gable with a round aperture. The bell tower is located in the gospel side.
Celebration
The feast of St. Anthony of Padua is June 13.
