St. Michael the Archangel Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Culasi, Antique, Philippines.

History
In the past, the first settlement was located in the present-day Lipata Port which provided abundant resources from the sea and the river. However, the natives transferred to Nalipao after a Moro raid that saw their village destroyed and pillaged, and their people killed or kidnapped for the slave trade. Sources of food were scarce, so they moved yet again to the present location. Culasi was previously called Bacong, and it is not known when its name was changed.
Culasi was one of the four early visitas, which included Nalupa (Barbaza), Bugasong, and Hamtic. In 1735, it was organized into a town. The church meanwhile was established in 1773.
Architecture
By the gates is an arc with the name of the saint, and two half-arcs containing the inscription, “Ig-ampo mo kami” (St. Michael the Archangel, pray for us.) A portico with barrel vault ceiling and supported by columns greets the mass-goers. Its pediment contains the image of the patron, and it is flanked by walls pierced with rectilinear apertures.
