Immaculate Conception Church is a Roman Catholic and Marian church located in Batan, Aklan, Philippines.

History
Batan was an encomienda given to Miguel Rodriguez in 1591. Augustinian friars established the church in 1602, becoming a matriz of several churches in Aklan. It was accepted by the Augustinian province on April 4, 1602. The Augustinian Recollects took over in 1759, and they were replaced by the secular clergy beginning in 1794.
Architecture
The church’s front wall is sparing of any decoration, and the starkness of its surface is given a light blue accent. Its entrance is decorated with a blind arch and made recessed by stepped concrete layers, and the whole thing is given two arch outlines. A simple, broken cornice gives way to the curvilinear pediment that features the niche of the patroness. A bell tower is in the epistle side and has a dome roof.
