The church was founded in 2003. Its titular was changed by Archbishop of Palo Most. Reverend Msgr. John F. Du on february 13, 2023.
Architecture
The frontwall of the church is decorated by pilasters, balustrade, and the name of the parish in channel letters. Its windows consist of round and arch apertures. An overhang is found by the entrance. The bell tower is erected in the epistle side.
Celebration
The feast day of the patroness is October 2.

The parish office is open 9:00 AM-12:00 NN and 1:30-4:00 PM Monday to Sunday.
