Holy Child Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Bonifacio Street, Brgy. Sto Niño, Isabel, Leyte, Philippines.

History
The town was called Dupong in the past. By the time of the Spaniards, it was called Qiot. A church was put up in the middle of the 19th century, and soon after the town was organized in 1851. Its church was made into a parish in 1877.
Qiot was reduced to a barrio during the America period and absorbed into the town of Merida by virtue of Act. No. 954 on October 21, 1903. Its leaders worked hard amidst obstacles to restore its former independent status.
Finally, it was re-established as a town through Republic Act No. 191 enacted without executive approval on June 22, 1947. The inauguration of appointed town officials took place on January 15, 1948 in time for the yearly fiesta and it was made possible through Proclamation No. 49 signed by President Manuel Roxas on January 8, 1948. The town was also renamed Isabel after the queen who reigned in Spain during the time that Qiot was first organized as a town.

The feast day of Sto. Niño is January 15.
