The church was established on March 10, 1995.

Architecture

The white-cream church is accentuated with stone exterior. A portico is erected by its entrance door with a gable roof. Above is rectilinear window and the image of the patroness. The pediment is topped with a cross.

Celebration

The feast day of Our Lady of Prompt Succor is third Saturday of July.
