Archdiocesan Shrine and Parish of Our Lady of Fatima is a Roman Catholic and Marian church located in San Isidro, Iriga City, Camarines Sur, Philippines.

History
The church was established on October 12, 1953.
Architecture
A short staircase and ramp lead to the three entrances of the church. The main entrance has a gable overhang that feature a blind rose window with a putto and decorated with dentil, and the doorway is flanked with fluted pilasters with leaflets. The side entrances have arch overhang with intricate rosettes and corbels. Cornice also contains bas relief scroll work.
Meanwhile, the niche of the patroness is bounded by rosettes, pilasters, and stone exterior. It is flanked by narrow arch windows with three on either sides. At the top of the pediment is the three-bodied belfry pierced with arches, decorated with finials and balustrade, and capped with a regal crown and a budded cross.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Lady of Fatima is October 13.
