History
The church was established in 1937.
Architecture
The church’s facade is flanked by twin belfries. It is also decorated with columns with composite capital, dentil, cartouche, and plinths. A barrel-vault ceiling is found in its portico that is supported by columns. Side entrances are found at the base of each towers. The images of the patroness and Mary are installed in the upper section of the front wall.
Celebration
The feast day of Sta. Rita de Cascia is May 22.
