Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Church is a Roman Catholic and Marian church located in Barangay Balabag, Boracay, Malay, Aklan, Philippines. It is sometimes called Balabag Church.

History
The church was established in 1994.
Architecture
The church features a sleek, modern facade flank by glass walls. In channel letters, the name of the parish is spelled out in the portico. Laid with stone-clad wall as background, its pediment contains an intricate mosaic of the Holy Spirit (represented by winged figure), Christ, palm trees, waves, and fishes rendered in multi-colored stones. The pediment is topped with a cross.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary is May 12.
