History
The church was established in 1874.
Architecture
The main doorway is embellished grooved arch and lattice-like frontispiece, and the patron is enshrined in a niche just above the entrance. The front wall of the church generally employs dentil as well as rectilinear and arch grooves on pilasters and decorative moldings. It is flanked by walls with octagonal spires and cupola. The pediment gives way to a belfry capped with a dome, cupola, and a cross.

The feast of St. Joseph is May 1.
