St. Joachim & St. Anne Parish Church is a Roman Catholic Church located in Alicia, Bohol, Philippines.

History
Alicia was called Batuanan after a tree and a nearby mountain of the same name. It was a site earmarked for the folks who returned from Dagohoy revolt when it ended in 1829. For some reason, the center was moved to Bagasico Valley in 1870 and the original site became known as Lungsod-daan (Old Town).
When American colonialists arrived in 1901, it was one of the places in Bohol that they put to the torch. In 1903, it became part of the municipality of Mabini following the murder of provincial supervisor J.P. Hegg. Finally, it became a town by virtue of Executive Order No. 265 issued by President Elpidio Quirino on September 16, 1949 and renamed after his spouse.
The church in Alicia existed since the Spanish period as a visita of Guindulman, then later of Candijay and of Mabini. It became a parish in 1953.
Architecture
The church is under construction as of writing through a fund-raising initiative called Simabahan Ko Pagatukoron, Tabang Ko.
Celebration
The feast day of St. Joachim and St. Anne is July 26.
