St. Isidore the Farmer Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Tabuan, Garcia Hernandez, Bohol, Philippines.

History
The church was a visita of St. John the Baptist Church (Garcia Hernandez) and separated from the latter to become a parish in 1989.
Architecture
The pediment is trimmed by a row of dentil and pierced with a rose window. The entrance is elevated and it can be accessed through a staircase and a right-side ramp. It is covered by the portico supported by a colonnade and accented by central barrel vault. The bell tower is erected in the gospel side.
Celebration
The feast day of St. Isidore is May 15.
