St. Jude Thaddeus Shrine is a Roman Catholic parish and a diocesan shrine located in Mansasa Heights, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines.

History
St. Jude Thaddeus Church was established as a parish in 2011. Three years later, it was declared a diocesan shrine of the patron in 2014.
Architecture
Distinct features of the church’s facade are the arches, colored panes, and stained glass that depict holy figures. Two flights of stairs lead to the entrance, a rectilinear door in front of portico of columns with gilded composite capital. The portico’s gable is pierced with a round aperture bearing the image of a dove representing the Holy Spirit.
The rest of the facade contains arch windows with enlarged keystone, as well as horizontal and vertical moldings (that seem to reinterpret pilasters). On either sides are the last segments of the churchwall pierced with arches, decorated with blind arches, and atop of which are the belfries and statues.
Moldings rise up to the pediment whose face bears arches and is flanked by volutes.
Celebration
The patronal fiesta falls on October 28.
Services
The parish office is open from 9:00 to 11:00 in the morning and from 2:00 to 5:00 in the afternoon daily. It is closed on Tuesdays.
Confession is open half an before Thursday 5:30 PM mass.
Baptism takes place in every first and third Saturdays. The pre-Jordan commences at 9:00 in the morning and baptism rites follows by 10:00 AM.
Sacrament of matrimony is scheduled every Saturday at 8:00 in the morning.
