Our Lady of the Annunciation Church is a Roman Catholic and Marian church located in Casuray, Magarao, Camarines Sur, Philippines. Its secondary patron is St. Josemaria Escriva.

History
Our Lady of the Annunciation Church was canonically erected as a parish on August 22, 2009. Its first parish priest was Fr. Ryan Oliva Fenis who was succeeded by Fr. Demosthenes Casi Olaso.
Architecture
A short staircase leads the faithful to the portico. The church’s facade is pierced with arch windows, and it is flanked by belfries. The entrance door is flanked by arch niches of holy figures. On the pediment is where the patroness is enshrined.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Lady of the Annunciation is March 25, and the feast day of St. Josemaria Escriva is June 26.

Every 16th of the month, mass is heard at Barangay Casuray Chapel at 6:00 AM.
