Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima is a Roman Catholic church in Mandaue City, a city in the province of Cebu, Philippines.

History
The Parish of Our Lady of Fatima was established in February 19, 1976. It later became an archdiocesan shrine.
Architecture
Steps lead up to the facade of the church, which is sharp-angled and sparsely embellished. It has a portico of gable overhang before a recessed entrance. Jamb figures are found on piers flanking the main doorway. Its altar recreates the grotto where the apparition of the Lady of Fatima occurred.
Celebration
The feast of Our Lady of Fatima is held every October 13th.
