Diocesan Shrine of St. Anthony of Padua is a Roman Catholic church located in Sulangan, Guiuan, Eastern Samar, Philippines.

History
The church was established on January 6, 1957.
In 2015, Bishop Crispin Varquez of the Diocese of Borongan sent a letter to the Basilica of San Antonio de Padua in Italy, resulting to the turn-over of the first-class relic or massa corporis of the saint.
Architecture
The facade is embellished with fluted pilasters with capitals of the Corinthians order and standing on plinths with cartouche, molding, dentil, volute, finials, and rose windows eight-lobed tracery. The arch entrance of the church is cut deep into the wall and thus recessed, and it is flanked by twin paired columns crowned with composite capital. Above is a ledge upon which the image of the patron is enshrined. On the pediment is the image of the Holy Spirit and a cross rendered in high relief.
Celebration
The feast day of St. Anthony of Padua is June 13.
