History
The church was established on November 5, 1957. Jipapad was formerly a municipal district that was elevated into a town by virtue of Executive Order No. 157 signed by President Diosdado Macapagal on July 16, 1965.
Architecture
One enters the threshold of the church that has an elevated garden and an overhang above its main entryway. Its facade has a central panel defined by concrete bands, which enclose slit, rectilinear windows. A glass installation depicting the patroness is found on the pediment.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary is October 7.
