History
The church was blessed on March 20, 1993, and the property it stands on was donated by Zambarrano Family. It was canonically erected as a parish on March 19, 1994, with Fr. Romulo Pana as the first parish priest. It serves the pastoral needs of the following barangays: Cabano, Cabungahan, Gaban, Igcawayan, Lebas, M. Chavez, Sebario, and Suclaran.
