Sts. Peter and Paul the Apostle Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Barotac Viejo, Iloilo, Philippines.

History
The town of Barotac Viejo was organized in 1750. Throughout colonial era, its status would swing from being an independent town to an annex of Ajuy and Barotac Nuevo. Finally, it was established as a town in 1830.
Records from 1768 stated that a church already existed in Barotac Viejo. It was destroyed, however, to prevent the Japanese from occupying the edifice and some parts of which remain visible in the present-day church.
Architecture
Twin five-bodied bell towers flank the church’s front wall, and they are pierced with arches and capped with onion roof. Columns support the portico, through which the entrance can be accessed via the concrete stairs and driveway. Scrollwork, festoons, and embedded columns with Ionic capitals embellished the facade. In addition, angels are found on top of the pillars and on the pediment is a bas-relief of the monogram of Jesus’ name enclosed in a blind rose window.

The feast day of Sts. Peter and Paul is June 29.

The parish office is open 8:00 to 11:00 AM and from 2:00 to 4:00 PM from Tuesday to Saturday. On Sunday, it is open 9:00 to11:00 AM.
