Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima is a shrine and parish located in the village of Alta Tierra, Jaro, Iloilo City, Iloilo, Philippines.

History
A chapel was founded in the village of Alta Tierra in 1977 and Fr. Tomas Tibudan was appointed for its administration the following year. A church was constructed years later and consecrated in 1986 in a rite led by Archbishop Jaime Cardinal Sin. On February 15, 1988, it was declared an independent parish and Fr. Tibudan became its first ever parish priest. Its status was elevated to an archdiocesan shrine of the patroness on February 23, 2013.
Architecture
Located within a gated compound, the church faces the 4th Main Avenue. Its ornaments include apertures of wide and low arches found in all levels, balustrade, and dentilation. Its facade features a concrete awning and above which are rhomboid windows. Instead of a pediment, it rises to a central steeple of grooved pilasters and crowned with a dome and a budded cross.
Celebration
The feast of Our Lady of Fatima is every May 13.
Services
Confession is open half an hour before the daily and Sunday masses. Appointments can also be arranged for other schedule.
Baptism is every 9:00 in the morning every weekend.
