St. Clement Church is located in La Paz, Iloilo City, Iloilo, Philippines. It is also called the Parish of Our Mother of Perpetual Help.

History
The construction of the church was completed on February 23, 1941. It is administered by the Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer, also known as Redemptorists. They landed in Iloilo on January 23, 1928 after they were invited by Bishop Denis O’Dougherty and later Bishop James McCloskey.
It is historic in a religious sense. On May 13, 1946, prayers for the devotion of Our Mother of Perpetual Help were conducted for the first time in the Philippines and in Asia.
Architecture
The church has an overall understated elegance that employs clean lines and arch as central motif. A gallery is found at the entrance: an arcade with balustrades on its roof. The entrance is made through three arch portals. Its church wall is extended in both sides but which do not extend higher unlike the rest of the facade.
The facade’s upper vertical surface is cut into three panels, the central one foregrounded and the highest that forms to a gable with a cross. It is ornamented with a recessed arch enclosing a round aperture with a cross tracery and three columns of slit windows. The other two church walls bear a blind rose window and arch windows.
The bell tower is located by the epistle transept. It is pierced with two columns of arch openings.
Celebration
The feast of Our Mother of Perpetual Help falls on June 20.
Services
The parish office is open from 8:00 in the morning until 12:00 noon and from 1:30 to 5:30 in the afternoon.
Baptism is at 11:30 in the morning every first and third Sunday of each month.
