St. Catherine of Alexandria Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Leon, Iloilo, Philippines.

History
Leon was called Camando, and it was moved to an elevated portion of the settlement upon the recommendation of Fr. Agustin Castro in 1859 to avoid flood. A temporary church was built and the town was called Leon after Fr. Castro’s hometown in Spain. The present-day stone church was built during the term of Fr. Melquiadez Arizmendi, and it was completed in 1869.
Interestingly, the parish logo bears the year 1732, one of the dates suggested for the founding of the town and church (the others were 1730 and 1738). Leon annexed San Miguel and Alimodian through Act No. 719 on April 4, 1903.
San Miguel would regain its municipal status through Executive Order No. 55 in 1915, and Alimodian through Executive Order No. 45 on December 31, 1918.
