Our Lady of Guadalupe Church is a Roman Catholic and Marian church located in Polut-an, Pototan, Iloilo, Philippines.

Architecture
The church is located along the highway going to Barotac Nuevo. It can be accessed via twin ramps and a staircase leading up to the first portico with globes on the peaks of its piers. Another portico runs the whole width of the facade, and it is flanked by church walls with barrel vault ceiling. The curvilinear pediment is pierced with a round window containing the image of the patroness and an arch aperture where the church bell tolls. It is topped with a cross.
