St. Michael the Archangel Church is a Roman Catholic church located in San Miguel, Iloilo, Philippines.

History
The church was founded as a visita of Oton. Its original site was in Ermita (now called Barangay San Jose), then it was moved to Funda (Anggoy). The town was organized first in 1825, and the church became a parish placed under the patronage of St. Michael the Archangel on May 17, 1838. Fr. Alejandro Alvarez was its first parish priest.
Church-building began between 1861 and 1877 during the term of Fr. Raymundo Lozano. It was reduced into rubble after the war, and a temporary chapel was erected that was then rebuilt to be made of wood in 1951.
Leon annexed the town of San Miguel and Alimodian through Act No. 719 on April 4, 1903. San Miguel regained its municipal status through Executive Order No. 55 in 1915, while Alimodian through Executive Order No. 45 on December 31, 1918.
A concrete house of worship was constructed during the time of Fr. Ignacio Dionela, and the present-day church was built beginning in 2013 within the term of Fr. Jose Marie Amado S. Delgado.
