Nuestra Señora de la Asuncion Church is a Roman Catholic and Marian church located in Concepcion, Hilongos, Leyte, Philippines. Its patroness is Our Lady of the Assumption.

History
The church was established in 1994.
Architecture
Mass-goers can get to the entrance via the driveway that goes through the arch-portico. Its posts as well as the front wall are clad in stones. At their peak is an angel blowing a trumpet, which is also seen standing on the apex of the pillars of the facade. Glass depictions of holy scenes are found on the walls above and flanking the entrance.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Lady of Assumption is August 22.
