Archdiocesan Shrine of St. Anthony of Padua is a Roman Catholic church located in Tabontabon, Leyte, Philippines.

History
The town was organized by separating eleven barangays from the towns of Tanauan and Dagami and forming them into the municipality of Tabontabon by virtue of Executive Order 631 signed by President Elpidio Quirino on October 17, 1953. Its jurisdiction expanded with the addition of Capahu-an and Guingawan from Dagami pursuant to Republic Act No. 1649 on June 20, 1957.
The church was established on May 13, 1956.
Architecture
The church’s facade has a curvilinear outline, reaching an semicircular pediment that is topped with the cross. It is largely unadorned, except for its arch entrance and an oculus that is also a niche of the patron.
