History
The church was founded in 1995.
Architecture
The church is located a few meters from the Tabuan National Highway. It is in the shape of a hexagon. This low-level place of worship is made of concrete with a portico supported by posts on plinths. Its entrance is embellished byr ringlets flanked by cartouches. The patroness is enshrined on the stained glass round window in the pediment.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Lady of Fatima is May 13.
