Our Mother of Perpetual Help Church is a Roman Catholic and Marian church located in Calle Real, Tacloban City, Leyte, Philippines. It is also known as Redemptorist Parish of Tacloban as it is under the Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer, otherwise known as the Redemptorists.

History
The Redemptorists arrived in Lapulapu City, Cebu in 1906 and beginning in 1914, they spread towards other places such in Tacloban City, Iloilo, Lipa, and Cagayan de Oro.
In 1928, Cebu became a subprovince of the Irish Province while Manila of the Australian province. In 1996, Cebu seceded from the Irish Province to become its own province serving Philippine south.
Our Mother of Perpetual Help Church became a parish on August 16, 1967 with Fr. Flan Daffy as the first parish priest. The community has worked for social development and poverty alleviation programs along with administration of spiritual needs of the lay faithful. It is the mother parish of San Jose Parish (Tacloban) and Our Lady of Lourdes (V&G Subdivision).
The church became a safe place for victims of Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) in November 2013.
Architecture
The church tapers skyward and is decorated by rosettes, slit windows, and ringed cross. The facade and the side wall are pierced with arch windows. Above the recessed entrance is an overhang, and the patroness is enshrined on the round glass window.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Mother of Perpetual Help is third Sunday of June.

The parish office is open 8:00 AM-12:00 NN and 2:00-5:00 PM daily.
Confession schedules are as follows: Wednesday (1:30-5:00 PM), Friday (4:00-5:00 PM), Saturday (4:00-5:00 PM).
Pre-Jordan seminar is at 8:30 AM followed by baptism at 10:30 AM every Saturday.
Marriage interview schedule is between 9:00 and 11:00 AM.
