St. Raphael the Archangel Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Sagkahan, Tacloban City, Leyte, Philippines.

History
The church started as a chapel erected by the devotees and its patron was St. Raphael the Archangel. It belonged to Our Mother of Perpetual Help Parish (Tacloban).
It was elevated into a mission station by the Archdiocese of Palo, installing Fr. Eliseo Loreto and Fr. Pastor Carion as chaplains. On November 24, 2001, it was canonically erected into a parish with Fr. Roel Cahido as the first parish priest.
Architecture
The name of the parish appears in the church’s portico. The facade of the church is made of recessed walls that are pierced with rectilinear windows with blind lunettes. The pediment features a big oculus with cross.
Celebration
The feast day of St. Raphael the Archangel is October 24.
