Sacred Heart Seminary and Shrine is located in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philippines. It is also called Diocesan Shrine of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

History
When the Diocese of Bacolod was erected in 1933, the church leaders of the new diocese envisioned a seminary for the formation of priests. The church that has now become a shrine was established in 1936.
The seminary was organized in 1946. Because of the lack of diocesan priests, the Vincentian Fathers were its first administrators and it was named Sacred Heart Seminary.
Its administration had since been turned over to the secular clergy.
Architecture
The church is cruciform in shape and characterized by arch windows, round apertures, and buttresses. The white sweep of its surface is accented by light brown. The entrance is quite awe-inspiring as it rises to a tower of vertiginous height, making the facade recessed.
High on its nave walls are pierced with cross-shaped apertures.
Celebration
The feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus is every June 19.
Services
The parish office is open 5:30 in the morning (Monday to Wednesday, weekends) and closes 7:00 in the evening (except Friday and Sunday). On Thursday and Friday, it is open at 6:00 in the morning. On Friday and Sunday, it closes at 4:00 in the afternoon and 8:00 in the evening, respectively.
