Parokya ni San Blas, also called St. Blaise Parish Church, is a Roman Catholic church located in Payao, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental, Philippines. Its titular is St. Blaise.

Architecture
An overhang covers the primary portal of the facade. Its sides extend upward into a pointed arc, enclosing a pierced wall. The same pierced wall detail can be found in the bell tower (that stands in the gospel side) and on the church wall of the other side. A Celtic cross is installed at the peak of the gable roof.
Celebration
The feast day of St. Blaise is every February 3.
