St. Jude Thaddeus Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Gemelina, Barangay One, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, Philippines.

History
Diocese of San Carlos Bishop Gerardo A. Alminaza, D.D. paid a visit in Gemelina on February 19, 2017, and a mission station was proposed on March 1, 2017 with Fr. Joferson P. Garces assigned to manage the pastoral care of the community.
Fr. Garces was succeeded by Fr. Richard Dumalag with Fr. Ricky Beboso as assistant priest-in-charge on June 12, 2020. In November of the same year, a fund-raising campaign called “Simbahan Ko, Tabangan Ko” was launched for building the church.
The new church was blessed on October 28, 2021, in time for the annual feast.
It was elevated into a parish on March 23, 2022.
Architecture
The white-lime green church consists of lower level of pierced walls with arches, and a pediment divided by pilasters. Its central section contains the niche of the patron and topped with a cross.
Celebration
The feast of St. Jude Thaddeus is October 28.
