The church was established in 1999.
Architecture
The church’s facade is made of brick exterior. It is dominated by a high wall that contains tessellated windows and embellishments and a pair of arched apertures with bells. It culminates in a cross. In the ground level is the grotto that has the image of the patroness.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Lady of Guadalupe is every December 12.
