Our Mother of Perpetual Help Church is a Roman Catholic and Marian church located in Balugo, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines.

History
The church was established in 1989.
Architecture
The tiled pathway leads to the staircase and portico of the church covered by concrete wall that forms a table above. Pilasters adorn the facade as well as white pierced wall. The pediment is enclosed with concrete band that extends beyond the rooftop to form a simple belfry where a bell hangs and at its peak is a cross.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Mother of Perpetual Help is third Sunday of June.
Services
The parish office is open from 8:00 in the morning to 12:00 noon and from 2:00 to 5:00 in the afternoon daily from Monday to Saturday. On Sunday, it is open from 6:00 in the morning to 12:00 noon.
