Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Church is a Roman Catholic and Marian church located in Poblacion, Magdiwang, Romblon, Philippines.

History
In 1635, the Bishop of Cebu petitioned the Augustinian Recollects to take over the Christianization of Romblon and in two years, they established Catholic presence in Badajoz (San Agustin), Looc, Cajidiocan, and Odiongan.
The town was organized as Fundacion de Naylog led by Valentin Ayala and it was annexed to the Pueblo de Sibuyan (Cajidiocan). It was renamed Magallanes in 1855 after Miguel Lopez de Legazpi.
Its church was established in 1867.
Architecture
The church rises to four stories and erected within a gated compound of wide, open space. The Sacred Heart of Jesus is enthroned on a pedestal in the churchyard.
The church itself is contemporary and incorporates many neoclassical elements. Its foundations are embellished with cartouche, and resting upon them are fluted attached columns with Doric capital. The front wall is pierced with round, pointed arch, and arch fenestration. The bell tower is found in the gospel side.

The feast day of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary is October 7.
