The church was established in 1993.
Architecture
The church front wall utilizes white-maroon color scheme. A porte cochere is built by the churchyard, making its entrance recessed. It is covered by a hip roof and supported by posts. The pediment is decorated by dentils, an oculus, and a stained glass pane bearing the image of the patroness.
A steeple rises from the epistle side, decorated by pierced walls and rectilinear apertures.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Lady of Candles is February 2.
