Shrine of Immaculate Conception is a Roman Catholic and Marian church and shrine located in San Fernando, Romblon, Philippines.

History
San Fernando was instituted as a Visita de Cauit (of present-day Azagra) in 1636. It was absorbed to Cajidiocan when the latter became a pueblo in 1744. It attained the status of a pueblo in 1855 and by 1868, it was called Pueblo de Azagra. One of its villages was called Visita de San Fernando after European colonizer Ferdinand Magellan.
The church was established in 1881.
Architecture
The churchyard is flanked by gardens, and in between is a footpath that leads to the arch-portal main doorway. The church is made of reinforced concrete, and the facade bears the shrine written in channel letters in the gospel side. It is also decorated by rhomboids, dentil, and thick posts, making the pediment and entrance recessed. The image of the patroness is installed just above the entrance.
The bell tower is attached to the church in the gospel side.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Lady of Immaculate Conception is December 8, and the town celebrates the Pag-alagad Festival.
