Immaculate Conception Church is a Roman Catholic and Marian church located in Motiong, Samar, Philippines.

History
The town was called Mutya (meaning, a place of treasure) before it was renamed Motiong during the American occupation. It was a pueblo during the Spanish times, but it was made into a barrio of Paranas by virtue of of Act No. 960 on October 23, 1903. It became a town through Republic Act No. 290 on June 16, 1948.
Architecture
The church is framed by deep-red outline and a small rose window above the pediment. Decorative pilasters and gablets flank the arch entryway, and in turn is flanked by arch side doors.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Lady of Immaculate Conception is December 8 and the town celebrates the Sadok Festival.
